Achievements:
Make a number of achievements and rewards, 1000 Trucking missions = "Frequent Transporter" 1000 Tanker Missions = "Tanker"

Money:
Make money available per driven kilometer. But also make it minimum and maximum (25k minimum and 150k maximum)

Housing:
Dynamic Housing, /buyhouse ingame.
Parking System (Parking vehicles saves them there, Parking Spaces depend on how big the house is)
Parking Prices: 1 Slot = 1mil, 2 Slot = 3Mil, 4 Slot = 6Mil, 6 Slot = 8mil and so on.

Car:
Dynamic Car Buying system, in which you can also /work (The size of the house depends on how many parking spaces it has)

Thats all i currently have, there may be more.
